vampswag I love the way the guitar was used to make such pretty melodies. I find solace in this album, and this is an album I've not yet gotten sick of in 6 years. I don't think I will get sick of it. Favorite track: Distract.

Originally intended as the first Adore, 1996 release, Winter was recorded in 2013. The masters of this album were lost in a house fire, leaving me with nothing but a single .wav file of unfinished tracks.

Due to public interest I have decided to make this available on Bandcamp in its unfinished form, only slightly altered from the condition it had remained in since I found it.

Intended as a follow up to my album "melanchole", Winter attempts to carry on from where I left off by expanding on some of the musical concepts I was interested in at the time; repetition, noise, musical contrast and pop songwriting.

In an obvious state of disrepair, this album is presented to you as a flawed and unfinished work that I had put months of time into and expected to put months more into. I hope it can be in some way enlightening.

This album is far from being in my top 20 albums in life, however, I listened to two songs a lot a couple of years ago: girl and i was all over her. The title of the songs and the circumstance that the song addresses are evident. It is a good album that in 2023 I gave it a spin again that I quite liked 4/5. It is a steal to buy this album at the price I did $1, but it more easily promotes the content and the desire to have a copy in WAV. lucho_k9
